Delete your Sankalp account
Sankalp: Darshan & Panchang, by Hellovibe Edtech Pvt Ltd, works without an account. If you never signed in, there is nothing on our servers to delete: uninstalling the app removes everything from your phone.
In the app
- Open Sankalp and tap the profile icon at the top of the Home screen to reach Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and everything synced to it are removed straight away, on every device.
Without the app
Email hello@hellovibe.in from the email address you signed in with, or tell us the phone number you used. We delete the account within 30 days and write back to confirm.
What is deleted
Your account (name, email or phone number) and every record synced to it: your chosen Gods, your sankalp, japa counts, darshan and fast records, and journal entries. Feedback you sent while signed in is deleted with it, and so are the admin access-log entries that name you.
What is kept, and for how long
Encrypted backups can hold residual copies for a short period before they are overwritten in the ordinary course. Usage-analytics records hold only an internal identifier and counts, never your name or the content of your practice; ask us and we will delete those too. Details are in our privacy policy.
